Member Group Classes

​

12 group classes will be held for members each year, usually once per month and most of them will be live. The live group classes will be scheduled, when possible, to suit the needs of the members enrolled. However, it may not always be possible to hold classes at a time convenient for you. So, within 48 hours of the class time, you will given access to a recording of the class that will be available for one month (sometimes longer). This means, you can review the class as many times as you would like within that month. 

Also, members will be encouraged to submit questions about the monthly topic before the class. If you feel your question wasn't answered, please let me know and I will do my best to answer it for you either in the forum or in another class.

Discounts 

​

To receive your discount on personalized classes, contact me about scheduling. You'll receive 20%* off of individual classes scheduled and held while you are an active member. The discount does not apply to group classes. My class schedule is limited and there is no guarantee that the class time you request will be available. Depending on the volume of class requests at any given time, the number of classes members can schedule each month may be limited to allow as many members as possible to use their discounts.

*If you cancel your membership and enroll again, you will only be eligible to receive whatever discount may be offered at the time you enroll again.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Of course, we hope that you benefit from the membership and will tell us if there's something we can do to make it even better for you. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be able to continue with your membership. Here's how that works:

For monthly memberships, you can cancel online and your subscription will simply not continue. You will not be billed again but will have access to the member area until your subscription expires. There are no refunds for monthly memberships. 

​

For annual memberships, you can cancel online at anytime and your subscription will not continue. You will not be billed again but will have access to the member area until your subscription expires.

 

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership, your subscription will be considered a monthly membership and your refund will be calculated by subtracting the regular cost of monthly membership for the first month. Your access to the member area will expire 30 days from the date you enrolled. There are no refunds for annual memberships cancelled after 30 days. To ensure that your refund is issued, please contact us to request your refund. If you do not contact us within 15 days of cancelling your membership, a refund will not be available.

What other courses and materials am I planning?

​

Although I don't have a specific release date set, I am already planning an e-book version of the course with added and updated information that you can download. Also, I've begun outlining a course that covers many of the most common mistakes and challenges that English learners face and how to overcome them. As a member, you will have first access to these.
