Discounts are offered at the sole discretion of betterMEnt staff. Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount per customer, per service is permitted. Specific and separate terms and conditions may apply and will be posted. Please contact us for further details regarding any discount.

Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

Of course, we hope that you benefit from the membership and will tell us if there's something we can do to make it even better for you. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be able to continue with your membership. Here's how that works:

For monthly memberships, you can cancel online and your subscription will simply not continue. You will not be billed again but will have access to the member area until your subscription expires. There are no refunds for monthly memberships.

For annual memberships, you can cancel online at anytime and your subscription will not continue. You will not be billed again but will have access to the member area until your subscription expires.

 

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership, your subscription will be considered a monthly membership and your refund will be calculated by subtracting the regular cost of monthly membership for the first month. Your access to the member area will expire 30 days from the date you enrolled. There are no refunds for annual memberships cancelled after 30 days. To ensure that your refund is issued, please contact us to request your refund. If you do not contact us within 15 days of cancelling your membership, a refund will not be available.
